"Clean ingredients, but basic"
I like that the ingredients seem clean and legit, which is what drew me in. It feels like a product I can feel decent about using. That said, I wouldn’t say it totally blew me away or anything, it’s good, just a little more basic than I expected.

"My order showed up in a flimsy box..."
My order showed up in a flimsy box, and everything inside was rattling around like it had just been thrown together. The packaging looked rushed and cheap, which was disappointing. I also expected someone to follow up after I reached out, but I never heard anything back. Overall, not a great experience.

I was expecting at least a little irritation, but nope, my skin handled it just fine. It’s kind of ridiculous how gentle it felt

"Good support, delivery was faster than expected"
I had a quick question before I bought anything, and they got back to me fast, so that was good. Ordered after that and the package showed up earlier than I figured it would. Stuff was packed properly, nothing messed up or anything. Simple experience overall, no complaints, I’d buy from them again.

"Not really my thing"
This cream just wasn’t really for me. It felt a little heavy and kind of sticky on my face, and it didn’t really sink in like I wanted it to. The scent was also stronger than I expected, floral, maybe a bit too much for me. It’s not terrible or anything, I just don’t think I’d grab it again.
